Jessica Stollings

is a national speaker, trainer, executive coach, and adjunct faculty member at Lipscomb University. Utilizing her twenty-plus years working in generational diversity and award-winning programs in team training and inclusive leadership, she empowers leaders to welcome differences and turn obstacles into opportunities. She and her daughter, June, live in Tennessee, where they are committed to a life of intention and adventure.

SPROUSe DBA

is a trainer, author, consultant, national speaker, and award-winning researcher known for her expertise in multigenerational workplace research. She serves as an adjunct faculty member at Lipscomb University and is a professor of practice at Cumberland University, where she previously spent over a decade as a business professor. She and her family live on their multigenerational farm near Nashville along with their barnyard pets.
